EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION

Check-in for this event is on Sunday, April 26 at 3pm, with dinner following at 5pm.  It will be hosted at Summit's Grand View Hotel, located at 935 Osage Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829.  Check-out is on Thursday, October 30 by 11am.  Please refer to the event itinerary for more information.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Register ASAP, as there is room for only 24 trainers. We anticipate the spots filling quickly.

DIRECTIONS

If you're flying, plan to arrive at either Colorado Springs or Denver International Airport. The Summit campus is approximately 30 minutes from Colorado Springs and 90 minutes from Denver. Car rentals are available at both airports, and Uber or Lyft are reliable options—especially if reserved in advance. Summit will provide transportation to and from the Colorado Springs airport as well as all scheduled off-site excursions.

PARKING

If you're driving, please park in the Grand View parking lot, located at the back of the hotel. Street parking is reserved for residents and is strictly enforced by the City of Manitou. A campus map is available to download after checkout.

ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING

Guests will be provided with a twin bed in a furnished private room with an attached bathroom in the Grand View Hotel.  If you are attending the event with a spouse, private rooms can accommodate a king bed for your stay. Meals will be held in the dining hall of the Grand View Hotel. Dinner provided Sunday & Wednesday evening, breakfast and lunch on Monday-Wednesday, and a grab-and-go breakfast on Thursday morning. Dinners arranged by guests on their own on Tuesday evening.  A list of recommended local restaurants and cafes can be downloaded while making your reservation.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY

Please bring the PDF of your tickets, so that we can scan you in at check-in.

DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE

For the training sessions, business casual attire (yes, jeans) is appropriate. Manitou Springs can be 35° one day, and 80° the next day (and sometimes that kind of swing in one day!) Numerous restaurants (for dinner) and coffee shops are within walking distance of the Summit campus, so comfortable walking shoes and umbrellas are recommended. On Wednesday, there is an outing to the Garden of the Gods which will involve some walking on level trails.

WHAT TO BRING

In addition to your personal items (clothing, etc.) you will need a laptop or tablet and smart phone. Also bring your personal copy of Beyond Biblical Integration, and a Bible. 

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

We will be recording all sessions via video and photographs will be taken throughout the weekend. Videos and photographs will be used for promotional and training purposes.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Credit cards and checks are the accepted forms of payment.

REFUND POLICY

Full registration fee can be refunded within two weeks of registration and receipt of payment. Last minute cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies, etc. are handled on a case by case basis. Contact Maggie Pope at maggie.pope@summit.org. If after the training a school opts not to be licensed, the $1,000 licensing fee will be refunded. 

TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY

To transfer a ticket to a different person than was originally registered, please contact Maggie Pope at maggie.pope@summit.org. 

EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY

If the training event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances related to Summit Ministries, the full registration fee will be refunded. 

LOST TICKET?

If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
